  5. Avenues of service Reports
    1. Club Service works to strengthen fellowship of members through training and hospitably.  Clubs have serious topics to work toward, so having various social events that bring members and their guest informally and for fun, contributes to genuine fellowship

      3. Club Awards
    2. Vocational Service encourages members to serve other people through their vocations, education, skillsets, which encourages high ethical standards
      1. Financial Literacy - punted until next school year
      2. Greatfullness week - Chris will print
      3. Award? Should we do a vocational service award? Possibly the city manager?
    3. Community Service is exactly what the name implies-projects and activities  each club undertakes to improve community life. 
      1. District Grants - need to complete!! 
      2. September - Roary Hurricane Help follow up - need from Jody
      3. November - Polio Challenge - Need from Jody?
      4. Ukraine - need from Jody 
      5. May - greatfulness 
      6. June - Public Safety Donuts - Friday, June 3rd, ask Rotarians and Flory after school program to see if they would like to make cards
    4. International Service volunteers work to expand the Rotarians humanitarian work around the world.  This important service promotes understanding and peace, sponsors projects in other countries and works with international partners to support projects in their communities
      1. The Rotary Foundation 
      2. Global grants for 2023
    5. New Generation Service works to engage youth and young adults in leaderships roles.

    1. Financials - we need to clean up where the money is located
  8. Discussion Items:
    1. Check from Doug Bordner - $1000
    2. Club contributes at least $100 per capita, and every member contributes at least $25 to The Rotary Foundation. This enables the club to achieve Every Rotarian Every Year status.
