Dr. Mark DiCecco is a Moorpark resident for 30 years and president of his Moorpark-based architecture firm. He was a Planning Commissioner for the City of Moorpark for 23 years, and currently serves as chairman of the General Plan Advisory Committee. His firm does land planning and housing throughout the western United States, with a focus on Ventura County. Local projects include the Master Plan for RiverPark in Oxnard, and the High Street Depot project here in town. When not camping with his wife of 35 years or visiting his 4 kids and 4 grandchildren, he races mountain bikes in events from California to Colorado.
