President & Founder of Women of Substance & Men of Honor
Growing up, Rosalinda was a ward of the court, in the Los Angeles County foster care system. As such, she could relate to the feelings of abandonment and the loss of hope that often accompanies the youth. Her experience within the system taught her perseverance and gave her the determination to never give up finding the good in anyone. Together with her husband, Dave, and with the many volunteers and supporters of WOSMOH, Inc., she is changing lives while "Helping to Save One Youth at a Time!"
Rosalinda is licensed Chaplain by the International Foursquare Church of the Foursquare Gospel with a Chaplain License.
