    1. Club Service works to strengthen fellowship of members through training and hospitably.  Clubs have serious topics to work toward, so having various social events that bring members and their guest informally and for fun, contributes to genuine fellowship
      1. Member prospects
      2. Monthly Social:
        1. October - pick date to visit Limoneira ranch pumpkin patch
        2. November - Ask for ideas for November social, one possible suggest is to have a Friendsgiving
    2. Vocational Service encourages members to serve other people through their vocations, education, skillsets, which encourages high ethical standards
      1. Financial Literacy 
    3. Community Service is exactly what the name implies-projects and activities  each club undertakes to improve community life. 
      1. September - Roary Hurricane Help follow up 
      2. Country days parade review
      3. October 16 - Road Clean up 
      4. November - Polio Challenge
        1. Potentially have club member do something “embarrassing” if certain earnings has been met
    4. International Service volunteers work to expand the Rotarians humanitarian work around the world.  This important service promotes understanding and peace, sponsors projects in other countries and works with international partners to support projects in their communities
      1. The Rotary Foundation - November
        1. Potentially allocate 5-10 min per meeting to discuss TRF
    5. New Generation Service works to engage youth and young adults in leaderships roles.
      1. Interact
      2. Kiwanis joint bank project 
      3. AWALA Reading - Tara 
  6. Fundraisers
    1. Film Festival 
    2. Beer Fest evolution
    3. Field of Valor - Veteran’s Day - place flags around town
    4. Christmas special?? - Possibly rent SMG to show LS video
    5. Holiday on High St. -

    1. Financials - special meeting set time - meet on 28th after Rotary board meeting

    1. Projector Screen - Not to exceed $100
      - Take measurements to get something mounted to the ceiling
