    1. Club Service works to strengthen fellowship of members through training and hospitably.  Clubs have serious topics to work toward, so having various social events that bring members and their guest informally and for fun, contributes to genuine fellowship

      3. Monthly Social:
        1. Feb- baby shower 
    2. Vocational Service encourages members to serve other people through their vocations, education, skillsets, which encourages high ethical standards
      1. Financial Literacy - Jon will follow up
      2. Greatfullness week - Chris will continue to work on this
      3. Paul Harris Awards -
        Motion: Jon - Give award to Joe Ellen Hillard

    3. Community Service is exactly what the name implies-projects and activities  each club undertakes to improve community life. 
      1. District Grants - Matching
      2. September - Roary Hurricane Help follow up - confirming money went out. 
      3. November - Polio Challenge - Totals?
      4. January - Health care worker recognition - Jackie has the money to spend and will order stuff within the next week
      5. February - Ruben Castro - Let’s see who can come between the 19th and 26th, then we will reach out to Ruben Castro Charities to see which date will work for them.
      6. March - possibly go to Camarillo animal shelter to read to animals, before hand go to Teresa’s Pet Supply to hold a food/toy fundraiser.
    4. International Service volunteers work to expand the Rotarians humanitarian work around the world.  This important service promotes understanding and peace, sponsors projects in other countries and works with international partners to support projects in their communities

        1. Grant certification?
    5. New Generation Service works to engage youth and young adults in leaderships roles.

      2. Kiwanis joint bank project

    1. Film Festival - will circle back
    2. Field of Valor - May - Need to Form Committee - Jason Flame will chair the committee
    3. Holiday on High St. recap update - Rotary to possibly take over responsibilities
    4. Corporate games - Jan will chair committee, will look for participants of the committee.
    5. Super Bowl Pool - all squares purchased, $250 to be donated to the Rotary Foundation, $750 to be paid out.
