Renee Delgado-Rose was born an entrepreneur. Having been suspended from elementary school for selling handmade bracelets to kids in her class, she moved her racket to the local park, operating her own craft stand on the weekends. A pet-sitting business operated exclusively within her townhome complex in Woodland Hills was a natural second-act for this 9-year-old, seasoned businesswoman.
After receiving both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UCLA by the age of 22, she founded design company Green Graphics. She then pioneered the first environmentally friendly print shop in Southern California, to complement her successful design studio. By the age of 29 she had grown the company into a thriving corporation and sold it to a competitor. Business is Renee’s business, and her book on the topic is currently published.
Renee and her husband moved to Moorpark several years ago, for its small town feel, hoping to make a difference working in the community she lives in.
Renee has been a real estate broker for the past 8.5 years and has truly loved every minute of it. She prides herself on being a SoCal native, giving her the advantage of knowing many cities and communities like the back of her hand. Her favorite part of the job is to see the smile on her clients faces when they walk into their homes.
