  5. Avenues of service Reports
    1. Club Service works to strengthen fellowship of members through training and hospitably.  Clubs have serious topics to work toward, so having various social events that bring members and their guest informally and for fun, contributes to genuine fellowship
      1. Member prospects
      2. Monthly Social:
        1. November- Pizza Man Dan - Flory Fundraiser Nov 18th 6:00 PM
        2. December - Holiday Party Dec 10th - 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ potentially Chris’s house
    2. Vocational Service encourages members to serve other people through their vocations, education, skillsets, which encourages high ethical standards
      1. Financial Literacy - waiting to see if campus will allow visitors into the classroom
      2. Gratefulness week - potentially do it the week before Thanksgiving
      3. Recognize leadership? Award? - Spirit of Rotary - Exemplary member of Moorpark
    3. Community Service is exactly what the name implies-projects and activities  each club undertakes to improve community life. 
      1. September - Roary Hurricane Help follow up - confirming money went out. 
      2. October 16 - Road Clean up 
      3. November - Polio Challenge, Flags - will set up on Nov 11th before meeting w/ help from Cub scouts
      4. December- adopt a family, Tara is working on identifying a family
    4. International Service volunteers work to expand the Rotarians humanitarian work around the world.  This important service promotes understanding and peace, sponsors projects in other countries and works with international partners to support projects in their communities
      1. The Rotary Foundation - November
    5. New Generation Service works to engage youth and young adults in leaderships roles.

      2. Kiwanis joint bank project 
      3. AWALA Reading - Tara 
  6. Fundraisers
    1. Film Festival 
    2. Beer Fest evolution - will send out an e-mail to the club to get ideas on when the next meeting date will be
    3. Field of Valor - Veteran’s Day
    4. Christmas special??
    5. Holiday on High St.  - Dec 4th
    6. Pickle Ball Tournament - possibly in January
